01Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 16:00 CET dispatch the same day from our EU and US hubs. Standard delivery arrives in 4–7 business days; express in 2–4. Every order over $120 ships express for free, worldwide. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your gear leaves the warehouse.
02Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to train in your gear and change your mind. Items must be returnable in resaleable condition with tags attached. Exchanges for a different size or color ship free both ways. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
03Size Guide
Apparel runs true to size with an athletic cut — size up for a relaxed fit. Footwear follows EU sizing (40–45); the V7 Motion Runner fits snug for lockdown, so consider half a size up for wide feet. Gloves: measure across your knuckles — S (8–9"), M (9–10"), L (10–11").
04Order Tracking
Every order email contains a live tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation with "where is my order" and our care team will respond within one business hour, seven days a week.

Are products covered by warranty? Yes — 2 years against manufacturing defects. Do you restock LIMITED drops? Rarely; join the newsletter for first access. Are materials recycled? Our SS26 line uses 62% recycled or bio-based technical fabrics, climbing every season.
